Spartans Futsal Club

The Spartans Competitive Futsal Program is committed to providing a clear pathway for players seeking advanced futsal development and meaningful competitive opportunities. Through quality coaching, structured training, competitive league play, meaningful tournaments, online tactical education, and access to the United Futsal CCS development pathway, we strive to prepare athletes not only for success in futsal but also for success in life.

Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping every player develop their technical ability, tactical understanding, decision-making, confidence, creativity, and love for the game. We create a challenging, competitive, and enjoyable environment where players are encouraged to take risks, learn from mistakes, embrace challenges, and continually improve.

Our goal is to develop confident, creative, intelligent, and resilient players who understand the game, compete with purpose, embrace challenges, and continue to grow both on and off the court.

We believe our responsibility extends beyond developing better futsal players. We want to help develop young athletes who demonstrate Respect, Humility, Effort, Commitment, Ambition, and Teamwork and carry these values with them both on and off the court.

We are thrilled to invite you to join Spartans Futsal Club for the upcoming season. It is an honor to have you with us, and with that honor comes a level of commitment that we value deeply.

Before accepting your position on the team, please carefully review the expectations below.

Spartans players are expected to:

• Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance at all practices and games.
• Arrive at every session focused, prepared, and ready to improve.
• Follow coaching instructions respectfully and avoid unnecessary distractions.
• Support and encourage teammates while avoiding negative criticism.
• Compete with full effort from the first minute through the final whistle.
• Arrive on time for games, well-rested and prepared with a positive mindset.
• Represent Spartans Futsal with Respect, Humility, Effort, Commitment, Ambition, and Teamwork.

Parents play an important role in helping their children succeed within the program. Please support your child in meeting the commitments outlined above and carefully review our Parent Code of Conduct during registration.

Spartans Futsal Club reserves the right to make final roster decisions. Failure to meet program expectations or violations of the club's Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including changes to a player's roster status.

Please also review our Refund Policy before completing registration.

Your understanding, support, and cooperation are essential to creating a positive and successful experience for every player and family.

The program fee includes:

• All scheduled training sessions
• League play
• Participation in the three main tournaments of the season

We offer the following installment plan:

• $450 deposit due at registration 
• 3 monthly payments of $400 

A 3.5% transaction fee will be added to each payment made through the installment plan.

Program Fee: $1,650
Transaction fees are additional and are not included in the program fee.

To enroll in the payment plan, your account must remain in good standing. All scheduled payments, including applicable transaction fees, must be made on time.

Spartans Futsal follows a two-year uniform cycle.

All players are required to purchase the complete Spartans Futsal Uniform Kit, which will be used for both the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 seasons.

Teams may have the opportunity to participate in additional tournaments outside of the three main tournaments included in the program fee. Participation in these events is optional.

Additional tournament costs are not included in the annual program fee and will be calculated separately based on the actual expenses associated with each event.

These expenses may include:

• Tournament registration fees
• Coaching fees
• Hotel accommodations
• Travel and transportation
• Coach meals and per diem
• Parking, tolls, and other travel-related expenses
• Other tournament-related costs

Because Spartans teams have a maximum roster of 9 players, the total cost of each additional tournament will be divided among the players participating in the event.

Families will receive an estimated cost before the team commits to the tournament.

If fewer than 9 players participate, the cost per player will increase accordingly.

The final amount may be adjusted based on the actual tournament expenses and the number of players participating. Families will be notified of any changes before the final payment is due.

Additional tournament expenses are separate from the regular Spartans Futsal program fee and must be paid by the established deadline in order for the player to participate.

Player Passes

All players are required to obtain valid player passes from the applicable futsal organizations by November. These passes are required for participation in league and/or tournament play.

Current player pass fees include:

Organization Fee:

• USYF $13.50
• U.S. Futsal $10.00
• United Futsal $25.00
• Copa Futsal $25.00 
• Futsal Circuit $25.00

Registration instructions and links will be emailed to families. Player pass fees are paid directly to each organization through its registration portal and are not included in the Spartans Futsal program fee.
