 SPARTANS FUTSAL

Welcome to Spartans Futsal ("Spartans Futsal," "Club," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for any Spartans Futsal program, using our website, participating in our events, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

By registering as a player, parent, guardian, coach, volunteer, or participant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you should not use our services or participate in our programs.

Spartans Futsal provides futsal training, leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, educational programs, events, and related services. Participation in any program is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, registration deadlines, and payment of applicable fees.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or discontinue any program, event, schedule, facility, or service at our sole discretion.

All registrations must be completed accurately and truthfully.

Participants agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Meet all payment deadlines.
• Maintain current contact information.
• Comply with all club policies and procedures.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or removal from club activities until all outstanding balances are paid.

Spartans Futsal reserves the right to refuse registration or participation to any individual for failure to comply with club policies or financial obligations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Registration fees, membership fees, and program fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for missed training sessions, games, tournaments, injuries, illnesses, travel conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal.
• Spartans Futsal reserves the right to determine whether any exception to the refund policy will be granted.
• Administrative fees, league fees, insurance fees, and membership fees are non-refundable.

Spartans Futsal reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify any event, training session, league, tournament, or program due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Club shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants, including travel expenses, lodging, meals, or other related expenses.

All participants, parents, guardians, spectators, coaches, and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination.
• Bullying or intimidation.
• Threatening or abusive behavior.
• Hate speech or offensive language.
• Physical violence.
• Damage to facilities or equipment.
• Use of illegal substances.
• Misrepresentation of identity or eligibility.
• Unauthorized solicitation, advertising, or promotions.
• Spamming or misuse of communication platforms.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, removal from programs, or permanent exclusion from Spartans Futsal activities without refund.

Spartans Futsal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke any participant's membership, registration, account access, or participation privileges at any time if the participant:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Violates any Club policy.
• Engages in conduct detrimental to the Club.
• Creates a safety risk to others.
• Fails to meet financial obligations.

Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Spartans Futsal.

Participation in futsal and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Sprains and strains.
• Fractures and broken bones.
• Concussions and head injuries.
• Serious bodily injury.
• Permanent disability.
• Death.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and acknowledge that Spartans Futsal cannot eliminate all risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartans Futsal, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury.
• Property damage.
• Loss of data.
• Loss of income.
• Travel expenses.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Participation in club activities is entirely at the participant's own risk.

While Spartans Futsal strives to maintain accurate information and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available.
• Information will be error-free.
• Online registration systems will operate without interruption.
• Communications will be delivered without delay.

Spartans Futsal shall not be responsible for losses resulting from website downtime, system failures, technical errors, or inaccurate information.

All content created or published by Spartans Futsal, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Club branding
• Training materials
• Graphics
• Photographs
• Videos
• Documents
• Website content
• Social media content

is the exclusive property of Spartans Futsal unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Spartans Futsal.

By participating in Spartans Futsal activities, participants and parents/guardians grant Spartans Futsal permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media for:

• Marketing
• Advertising
• Social media
• Educational purposes
• Club publications

No compensation shall be provided for such use.

Spartans Futsal may utilize third-party providers for registration, scheduling, payment processing, communications, tournaments, insurance, or related services.

Spartans Futsal is not responsible for the actions, policies, or services provided by third parties.

Information collected by Spartans Futsal will be used for registration, communication, administration, and program management purposes.

Participants agree that necessary information may be shared with leagues, tournaments, governing organizations, insurance providers, and service providers as required to facilitate participation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Rhode Island.

Spartans Futsal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Club website or distribution through official Club communication channels.

Continued participation in Club activities constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions.
