TUITION ASSISTANCE PROCESS please read carefully

Spartans Futsal Club Tuition Assistance Policy

Spartans Futsal Club is dedicated to offering a high-quality, affordable youth futsal program that is accessible to all families. While we work to keep our fees as low as possible, we understand that financial challenges may arise. Tuition assistance is offered based on demonstrated financial need, available funding, and the number of applications received.

To be considered for tuition assistance, applicants must:

• Complete the online Tuition Assistance Application.
   
• Be in good financial standing with the club from prior seasons.
   
• Submit a copy of their most recent IRS Form 1040 as proof of income.
   
• Make the required initial down payment.
   Any awarded tuition assistance will be applied to the remaining balance after the down payment has been made.

Note: Tuition assistance does not cover:

• Tournament entry fees
   
• Uniform packages
  Families are responsible for paying all fees not covered by the assistance award.
   

Applications are reviewed confidentially by the Spartans Futsal Club administrative team. Awards are based strictly on financial need and not on athletic performance.

Privacy Policy:
All application materials, including financial documentation, will be kept strictly confidential and destroyed after the review process is complete.

No applicant will be denied consideration based on sex, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.

To qualify for tuition assistance:

• A completed and signed application must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
   
• Incomplete applications or those not submitted by a guardian will not be reviewed.
   
• Any outstanding club balances from prior seasons will result in ineligibility.
   
• Supporting documentation (e.g., Form 1040) must be provided upon request.
   
• Coaches or team managers may not complete the application on a player's behalf.
   

Applications must be submitted prior to completing online team acceptance. Applicants will receive a response within 72 hours of submission.

For returning players, club staff may reach out to coaches/managers to evaluate:

• Attendance and punctuality at practices
   
• Game participation
   
• Player and family commitment to team and club responsibilities
